Collective Programs

These are half-day workshops with 20-30 people from different management levels in the same organization centered on a single theme. The primary purpose of the Collab workshops is to create a participatory environment and explore answers to essential questions in the change process and to transform possible resistance into collaboration.

Our program, which consists of five workshops spread over a year with management teams, follows these steps: ‘Assessment of the current structural and cultural status quo, Creating a shared vision for the future, Implementing prototype steps, Accelerating, and Evaluating the progress made.’ Organizations can choose to participate in the entire program or select specific modules based on their needs.

These are workshops that we organize with employees and sometimes external stakeholders (50+ people) to create a sense of common ground and strengthen the cooperation ground.

These are workshops where we bring together senior executives of different sectors and organizations (20-30 people). Different opinions and experiences are shared around a single question that we have determined jointly with the participants.

Consultancy

It is the inventory and research methodology that we use to reveal organizations’ cultural and structural paradigms and make their specific change agendas visible. We made use of Frederick Laloux’s research and his book, entitled “Reinventing Organizations”, for the development of the inventory.

We provide consulting and mentoring to senior management teams in the areas of organizational and cultural transformation.

Individual Programs

As a coach and mentor we facilitate our client’s personal change agenda, and learning cycle.

These are the studies in which groups of six managers work with a mentor in one-month intervals, in sessions lasting 2,5 hours, and the group’s common tendencies shape the agenda.

Training Programs

We organize training and learning journeys to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and competencies that support the change agendas of organizations. In these programs, we develop customized content tailored to the organization’s needs, emphasizing interactive methods such as working on real-life cases, experiential learning, and sharing experiences among peers and trainers. We support the entire process with individual or group coaching.
