Learning journeys have a special place in my heart. Probably their #generative nature is what captivates me the most.To enable that, we provide a vast container for teams to reflect and learn from each other, making it primarily a “journey to yourself” where you become acquainted with your assumptions, beliefs, and reactive patterns rather than solely “acquiring new skills”, say on #conflictmanagement, #opencommunication or #timemanagement.
As team members learn more about themselves and each other, a sense of safety emerges, encouraging them to break their habitual patterns – even if it is a minor pivot – and try out these newly acquired #skills when facing conflict, resistance or overwhelm.
