Today, we came together with 30 people personally and initiated an emotional adventure. “How do we create cooperation from conflicting values?” We all embraced our curiosity and intended to trail this problem.
We told each other and listened to real-life stories; we listened to the turning points in the stories, the hero’s characteristics, the conflicting values, and the needs underlying them. At the end of our vivacious journey full of discoveries, we discovered precious treasures.
When we move away from the roles that we strictly hold and when we are honest with ourselves, a moment when we express this feeling with sincerity… These moments are enough to create a sense of emotion between the person we conflict with and us. We realized that we could only hear the other when we sincerely communicate. There are bold and decisive actions after hearing each other. Moreover, with the person we had argued before…!
This time, we got the meaning of what we heard by using the power of stories, words, body language, and creativity instead of graphic harvesting
The biggest gift of the 5th Collaboration Day
We listened to Özgül’s inspiring and emotional story on the Collaboration Day on December 12th. “Village located far away” in Elazığ, where her father and grandfather lived, became the point that unites all the talents, ideas, dreams, and roots she has developed so far.. Despite all the internal and external conflicts, what paved the way…?
The “Life Again at Nimri” project, which combines Özgül’s roots with her dreams, received the first prize with the title of “TERRE DE FEMMES” by the Yves Rocher Foundation. It is indescribable happiness to witness this…
